Active consignment listings stay live until they sell or expire. You just won't be able to create new listings beyond the Free plan limit until you upgrade again.

Commission rates depend on your subscription tier: Basic 18%, Premium 15%, Platinum 12%, Diamond 10%. Higher tiers save you more on every sale. This covers AI verification, buyer protection, and platform support. Marketplace partner fees (Poshmark, eBay, etc.) are separate.

The Diamond plan includes family/household accounts — up to 5 members sharing one subscription. Platinum supports up to 3 members. Each person gets their own closet, style profile, and outfit recommendations.

Yes — cancel anytime from your account settings with one click. No cancellation fees, no contracts. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan. Your closet data is always yours.

Your closet items, outfit history, and profile are preserved on the Basic plan (limited to 25 items displayed). You can export all your data anytime via Settings → Privacy → Download My Data. If you delete your account, all data is removed within 30 days per our retention policy.

Our AI (powered by Claude) analyzes your garments across 5 dimensions: color harmony, pattern compatibility, occasion appropriateness, outfit completeness, and variety. It builds outfits from what you already own, scored 0-100. The more items you scan, the better the recommendations get.

Style Studio lets you build complete outfits by dragging items onto a mannequin or your own photo. Once your outfit meets the minimum requirements (top + bottom + shoes for men, dress or top + bottom + shoes for women), you can generate a photorealistic AI image of you wearing the outfit at any event. Each generation uses 1 credit.

360° Video turns your AI Enhanced outfit image into a smooth 5-second rotating video — perfect for sharing or posting to the Style Feed. It's available on Premium, Platinum, and Diamond plans and costs 5 AI Enhanced credits per video. Basic users need to upgrade to access this feature.

AI Enhanced credits power the photorealistic virtual try-on in Style Studio. 1 credit is consumed per garment item — not per outfit. Examples: a shirt + pants outfit = 2 credits; add a jacket = 3 credits total. High-quality Max mode costs 2 credits per item. 360° Video generation from your AI Enhanced image costs 5 credits.

Monthly allowances: Basic = 0, Premium = 10, Platinum = 20, Diamond = 30. Credits reset on the 1st of each month. Purchased additional packs never expire.

For AI Enhanced Try-On to accurately render shoes on your photo, we need front-facing photos of each shoe individually. This lets our AI correctly place and angle each shoe in the generated image. Items missing required photos are flagged as "not AI ready" in your closet with specific tasks to complete.

The Influencer Program is free for all approved creators. You post shoppable outfit ideas, and your followers can shop the items directly from the marketplace. You earn commission on every sale you inspire. Influencer outfits also appear in Style Studio so users can try on your recommended looks. Apply at influencer-apply.html — no subscription required.
