Welcome to Tast-e. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Using Tast-e
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tast-e. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Don't share your password or use the service for anything illegal.
2. Your Content
Photos and data you upload remain yours. By uploading content, you grant Tast-e a license to process, store, and display it within the platform to provide our services (outfit recommendations, marketplace listings, etc.). You can delete your content at any time.
3. AI Recommendations
Tast-e's AI provides style suggestions, pricing estimates, and shopping recommendations. These are suggestions, not guarantees. Actual resale prices may vary. We're not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on AI recommendations.
4. Marketplace & Consignment
When you list items for consignment, Tast-e acts as a facilitator — connecting your items with marketplace platforms. Tast-e charges a 10-18% commission (based on subscription tier) on completed sales. Marketplace partners may charge additional fees per their own terms. Items must be accurately described and in the stated condition.
5. Concierge Service
White Glove visits are subject to availability and scheduling. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee up to 50% of the service price. All Specialists are insured and background-checked.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Free accounts remain free forever. Paid plans (Premium, Pro) are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime — access continues through the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Acceptable Use
Don't use Tast-e to list counterfeit items, stolen goods, or prohibited items. Don't attempt to manipulate the AI pricing system. Don't harass other users or Concierge Specialists. Violations may result in account suspension.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tast-e is provided "as is." We do our best to provide accurate AI recommendations and reliable service, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or perfect results. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Disputes
We'll try to resolve any disputes informally first. If we can't, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, TX under AAA rules. You agree to waive class action rights.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
